We don’t just hire anyone; in fact we’re highly selective, committed to hiring only those electricians that are highly skilled in their trade with unwavering, strong work ethic and a desire to be the best. Specific Requirements:

1) Minimum 7 years’ experience in the commercial/residential electrical field.
2) Current California Certified Journeyman Electrician.
3) A working knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC), Uniform Building Code (UBC),
OSHA Safety Standards, local & utility jurisdiction requirements.
4) Ability to understand schematic diagrams, blueprints and other job specific requirements.
5) High standard of integrity & professionalism
6) Background check, drug free and clean MVR required
7) NABCEP Certified a plus!

Position Responsibilities & Physical Requirements:

1) Installing, troubleshooting and repairing electrical components, wiring diagrams, transformers, motors, panels and circuits.
2) Strong Working Knowledge of job site safety
3) Testing electrical systems of circuits in electrical wiring, equipment, or fixtures, using testing devices, such ohmmeters, voltmeters, or oscilloscopes, to ensure compatibility and safety of system.
4) Inspecting systems, equipment, or components to identify hazards, defects, or the need for adjustment or repair, and to ensure compliance with codes.
5) Directing or training workers to install, maintain, or repair electrical wiring, equipment or fixtures.
6) Installing power supply wiring and conduit such as: EMT, O-CAL, Rigid conduit, MC cable, strut, cable trays etc.
7) Must have knowledge in conduit bending, wire pulling, and terminating electrical panel.
8) Experiencing working with hand tools, power tools and electronic test equipment.
9) Must be able to work in the outdoor environmental elements, overhead, navigate up and down ladders and able to lift 50+ pounds.
10) Long distance overnight travel required on occasion.
